RoboHelp Office Pro - a server-based Help solution providing all of the functionality of RoboHelp Office and real-time end user feedback.

It uses the authoring environment of RoboHelp Office for creating, editing and organising Help content. The technology within the server software records the way that end users use the Help system and provides information in the form of reports.
The feedback reports categorise end user questions and identify problems Recurring questions may indicate that something is missing within the Help content or that the software application that it supports needs to be updated.

RoboHelp Office Pro includes one copy of RoboEngine and one copy of RoboHelp Office (author).

RoboEngine is an server component for delivering content, providing natural language search capability, merging multiple projects and producing detailed usage reports.

RoboHelp Office is the client (author). Additional clients can be obtained by purchasing additional copies of RoboHelp Office.

RoboHelp Office Pro includes all the features in RoboHelp Office, plus powerful server-based functionality, including real-time tracking of end-user activity in your Help system and application. RoboHelp Office Pro for .NET includes all the features in RoboHelp Office Pro, plus additional support for developing Help systems for the Microsoft .NET framework.
