A number of years ago, after an extensive evaluation of .dwg alternatives, I switched to ProgeCAD Pro from AutoDesk AutoCad Lite because its cost had become prohibitive. Since then, the program has worked well and reliably. Any problems encountered have been dealt with by the excellent Technical Help office in Como, Italy using email with, normally, a quick response.
