Had trouble finding a copy of an older version of Intuit Quickbooks that I had bought from Axonware.
A short email on the web site and very quickly received a reply from Dan with a link to the download area on their web site.
This was great support and a reason to buy from the company as I could not find a download area on the Intuit site.
Prompt and excellent service even though we were a small customer.
